  Average BBQ. Ordered the ribs and was disappointed to find that they were only descent, nothing spectacular. Heard a lot of great things about this place, but in the end, just average BBQ.

  We’re at Truman every weekend and Chuck Wagon is a must! Cheeseburgers, chicken fried steak, ribs, chopped beef sandwiches are all delish! Must have a slice of chocolate coconut pie to wrap it up!

  Ribz. I’m a picky son of a bitch when it comes to ribs. Probably because I’ve had some of the best in different places and another because they’re so damn expensive. Got a rack o’ ribs to go and was really disappointed when I discovered ’em burned. A little bark is essential, but this was way too much and either they didn’t realize it was bad or they didn’t care; either way is no good. Due to the price and distance to drive there, it wasn’t worth giving them another shot. But they were packed with people, so it is a really popular bbq joint.

  The Best Baby Back Ribs!. We live in the area and for years have gone to Chuck Wagon as often as possible. We always get the baby back ribs and they are consistently the same, wonderful quality! Great, fast, friendly service. Even if there’s a crowd we don’t mind waiting outside visiting with other guests. If I want to get my grown kids together all I have to say is we’re going to Chuck Wagon! Highly recommend.
