I was very disappointed. Waitress did not even talk to us about lunch specials. We overheard the waiter at another table talking to his guest about it. Paid way to much for lunch. We only ate as much as what is given on the lunch menu. The rest is wasted since we are traveling. Catfish was ok. Will not be back especially after the poor service. There are too many other seafood and steak places around for a better deal.
Went there last night. Wait service was less than perfect. Not very attentive. Only offered 1 roll. Had all you could eat soup and salad, 1 bowl of soup. Waitress messed up the check. When she cashed us out, she corrected the bill but, only gave us the copy to sign. Not a big difference however, she should have brought us correct bill and not pass if off. Food was soso. Lots of better places to dine than here. Won’t go back.
Waited 2 hours for burnt chicken strips & catfish. Had to get our own napkins, honey and butter. Had to flag someone down to get our drinks. Someone else complained to the manager and he am we don’t do business like that. Didn’t offer to make it right. And made fun of the guy once he walked off. We spent $50 for this bad experience. We will NOT be going back.
Went here for Anniversary Dinner. Not what I expected. Service was slow, hot rolls were good but we’re slow to get them to you. My KC Strip was grissels. My wife’s Filet was in 3 pieces when it was served. Waiter was nice and keep our tea glass full. There must be a better steak place in Branson.
Not sure if it’s just me but this place has definitely went downhill over the years. The rolls are good but everything else not so much. Steak was way over cooked and the catfish was way undercooked. The service was terrible and I’m pretty understanding when times are busy but when it’s slow it’s hard to understand.
Visited it 7:30 one evening. It’s hard to eat, let alone rate it, when the restaurant is dirty. Tables were left un-bused. Napkins, rolls, & other scraps from the tables scattered around & under the tables. Totally unacceptable.
Got here 1.5 hours prior to closing time. Sign on door said, Sorry we are closed for the night. No explanation… nothing. Fine… we will spend our money elsewhere.
