the service was average.The food was excellent,had difficulty getting refills. Portions were large.. Good food.

Best BBQ so far in Branson. Famous Dave’s Branson is decent, consistent, and great for a family. This is as good of Famous Dave’s as in Minneapolis; which says a lot. There is no risk here, if you like BBQ, you will like this… they know what they are doing for the food & service. However, for those visiting from out of town, there are so many restaurants to try that you cannot get anyplace else. So if you are looking for some adventures in dinning on vacation, this is not it. However, if you have a group of people, and are hungry for BBQ, Dave’s Branson cannot be beat… you will not be disappointed.
I’d like to sit outside…. One of the better places for BBQ in Branson. There is a problem however with the wait staff not wanting to sit customers on the patio tables even during great weather. They act like it’s an imposition and are basically surly when you ask to be seated outdoors. ATTENTION MANAGER -Not a good way to treat tourists if you want to see them a second time. I would like to see the fried catfish returned to the menu. The fish provided good balance on the combo plates.
Simple , quick and good food. They give really big portions for the price. Not bad fOr a chain restaurant
