Depending on what you get, you may want to keep some wet towels around. Messy messy stuff, but one amazing sandwich(Memphis)! Its a big sandwich and the pulled pork was tender and flavorful. A big hunk of meat fell of my wifes sandwich and I snatched it up. No sauce need. The server was nice, but we watched the owner hop from table to table saying hello and offering samples, but 2 of the 5 tables didnt get that special treatment. Id go again. Give it a try!!!

Very nice environment, no WiFi, prompt service! Food was served with sauce, which was too spicy, for our taste. Brisket, served without sauce, was exceptional! Very tender and juicy. We would go again, but would have the burned ends and order our food naked (no sauce)!
