Very good for a chain barbecue. I’d call it more a restaurant than a barbecue. I had the St. Louis ribs. Good meat. Some smoke in flavor. Sauces were western, with some sweetness. Sides were good. Nothing completely outstanding, but clearly a good place to eat. Will not hesitate to stop at another Rib Crib if it is opportune.

Very good. Excellent service. We were brought a WARM moist towelette. We had a cheeseburger and a briska dilla. Both were excellent. Back again in 2018. Still excellent. We had pulled pork this time. The meat was smoked the way BBQ is supposed to be. Sauces available were good and included mild, hot, and a Carolina mustard sauce.

MSG Central. Poor service.. Took forever to get our drinks and by the time the food came, I almost forgot we had ordered. Truly no reason to have taken that long. This was last month and there weren’t that many people in the restaurant, let alone in town. My thoughts were that she just wasn’t paying attention to us. Aside from that I ended up getting a major migraine from the MSG in the bbq sauce. I should have checked with someone there.. That’s my fault, but it would be nice if that fact was made more prominent.

Food was okay and had a good price-portion ratio, but the service was BAD.It was a Saturday night, but the place was far from packed, so there really wasn’t an excuse for the lack of attention or the wait time. Our food came to us without silverware & my wife’s side orders were messed up (regular menu item with no substitution), after waiting for several mins we were finally able to get it corrected. During the meal the only attention payed to us was in passing while she was doing chores. Our drinks were not filled and she brought by a sweet tea after we were ready to pay (neither of us ordered one). The waitress was always friendly, but inattentive to the point that it wasn’t a pleasant dining experience.

World-class ribs. My wife and I have had barbecued ribs all over the country, from Austin to Memphis to Miami. She had the St. Louis style dry-rub and thought they were the best she had ever had. I had the Spicy Carolina. I used their special hot BBQ sauce. Wonderful. Will definitely return.

Ribs & brisket were very good and came out fast. Food quantity was good as well. Good friendly service.

Great food & service!. Food was excellent. The BBQ chicken was cooked to perfection. Wait staff was most cordial. Good food and service are not always easy to find in Branson. Highly recommend Rib Crib!
