We visit Wendy’s on hwy 76 in Branson each trip’ which is several times each year. We were there on sunday evening August 5’2018 and we will not return. The food and service was not good at all. The order is always wrong. We have always thought okay we will give them another chance because maybe new management and staff but this was the worst and OH MY GOSH THE FLIES!!!! THEY WERE EVERYWHERE AND IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO AND EAT THERE DON’T LOOK UP’ THE FLIES ARE ALL OVER THE CEILING’ YUCK AND GROSS. WE WILL NOT RETURN ANYMORE.

I know, I know you don’t go to a fast food place for service. But you want at the very least to get your order right and if they don’t for them to be sorry or at least nice about getting it right. Unfriendly, uniterested, and the kids toy was some cheap computer game not the Scooby Doo toy that is advertised all over the store.
