This location should have been shut down instead of Shrewsbury and Ferguson locations , I went to this location Monday evening 6/20/16 the young lady at the register wasn’t friendly at all she didn’t smile or speak to you. I noticed that it was mainly elderly folks there and a few people with kids however the water wasn’t great it tasted like pipes , i mentioned my concern about the water tasting like pipes to the kitchen manager Roy .D and he said it taste like water to him and i’m like ok sure that’s what you’re going to say after all your right and i’m wrong. I fixed myself a plate of food and the mac and cheese was horrible it was watery and tasted strange , i pushed my plate back and got up from the table and went to the register to ask for a refund and Roy.D refused to give me my money back. he told me that his server Ellio or Elliott said i had several plates so i then explained to him i was on the phone the entire time i was at the table , and not once did the server acknowledge that he was our server but he came to our table to remove our plates. when i asked for the number to corporate Roy.D gave me a non working 1-800 number so i got clever and i called a location in Minnesota and asked for the number to the corporate office and i found out that they’re located in San Antonio , TX. The most upsetting part about calling their corporate office to complain about the pour service and bland food , i received a lot of excuses when i asked why isn’t this location closed and why did the other locations close including Fire Mountain and Ryan’s the lady i spoke said it was due to bankruptcy and numbers. The problem with some of these businesses today they refuse to ask the public for feedback on their locations , business performance and customer service all they seem to care about is how much money they can make off the public. For example Quiktrip closed one of their locations and the neighborhood where that Quiktrip was located didn’t respond very well to that they were upset about it so they reopened that location , even though they eventually closed it again but the point is they listened to their customers feedback and they cared enough to reopen.
