This Bandanas has gone down the tube. Two years ago the food and customer service were outstanding. Now it’s horrible. I’ve waited over an hour for my meal after placing my order. I’ve waited 15 minutes for someone just to take my to-go order, all the while 4 members of the wait staff is standing around twiddling thumbs and staring at me. Where’s management? Trying to run the kitchen! Shut down for a week, fix your customer service and try again. You are ruining the reputation of Bandanas.
