Kris & Kates is opened only for few months in an year. Probably from March to August. The place looks pretty interesting, its in the shape of a pink ice cream cone with some outdoor seating. Their menu is painted to one side of the wall and its huge! Its tough to pick one or two from the menu. Everything looks interesting and you just cant stop with one. I have ordered Caramel and brownie Sunday and my friend ordered strawberry ice cream and we also ordered cheese nachos. Both the ice creams flavours and the nachos were amazing! It was the first time for us and we had few questions while placing the order. The staff were patient to answer all our questions. Overall it was a great experience. If you are in St.Joseph, MO, this is a must try place.

I called in to speak to a manager and was told to call back in 2 minutes because they had to serve a car. When I refused that, and stated again that I wanted to speak to a manager about my incorrect order given, the girl hung up on me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! YOU HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I AM SURPRISED YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

Kris & Kate’s has the best cake batter ice cream in the whole world!!!!! If you haven’t tried it, I would suggest it. I get mine with cookie dough chunks sometimes.
This is a must when visiting St. Joe. Great quality and value.
The Small Pink Cone With Big Suprises!. This little pink cone is almost like a modern day landmark for St.Joe. Kris and Kate’s is a wonderful little place with a bevy of great choices. While some of their combinations may not be ground breaking in their originality, it is made up for by the overall quality. One of the best treats they have their is the cake batter Sunday. All in all this is a must have if you are in a deserty mood in the summer.
