We heard about Spanky and Buckwheats initially from our venue owner, and I am thankful we did! We were working with Craig from the beginning, and he was always so joyful and helpful, very laid back and friendly, and the food was delicious!! Due to the timing and atmosphere of our wedding, we choose their appetizer option, and it offered good variety and was more than enough food. We received lots of compliments on the food (I loved their brisket chili myself,) and everyone seemed very pleased. They packaged all of it up for us at the end, and everything went very smoothly all evening. I would highly recommend them.
