Not very good!. I ordered general tso’s chicken, and it was unlike any I had ever had before. It was fairly gross. The sweet and sour chicken was not too terribly bad.
Horrible experience. DO NOT ORDER from CHINA PALACE on Broadway!!!!! We placed a delivery order today and they delivered the wrong entree. No big deal, EXCEPT when we called to fix it they told us we would have to SHOW them the box!! And then they wanted us to send the food we had opened up in our house back to their restaurant! Disgusting! And then they called their own employee stupid because when he brought us the right order he didn’t demand the incorrect order back! So buyers beware.. Your order may have been repo’d from the house down the street!!!
Disappointing dumplings. China Palace has incredibly fast delivery, and most of their menu items are adequately prepared. My favorite menu item is steamed or pan fried dumplings and I was very disappointed to discover that the filling in these the last time I ordered them appeared to be made from ground beef. The filling was greasy and bland, with no hint of the usual ingredients. Since I usually order these, along with soup, for my meal, China Palace has probably lost a regular customer.
Wow! It has been ages since I have eaten here. John, the owner, and his wife would put my Eggplant Tofu order as soon as they saw me parking my car 🙂 I have not found this dish cooked as delicious as John’s. Every item was delicious on the menu, such as Sesame Chicken, etc. but Eggplant Tofu was my favorite for sure. One of the best Chinese restaurants in the US! Yes, US!
Greatest Chinese Dish EVER. Their House Chicken is the Greatest Chinese dish ever created. I don’t live in cape anymore, but every time I am back, i have to have my FIX. This is the best Chinese food I have found (And i have been searching the STL area for the past 3 years looking for something comparable
China Palace is the only place that would deliver to the place I work at the airport. Thanks to them I did not go hungry. The food is always great. This was the first time I requested delivery and it arrived quickly. Thanks.
Yum!. Super clean, small but very good buffet. Sure, their buffet isn’t the biggest, but the food they have on it is all good! I would choose this Chinese over any other in Cape.
