Love this place. There are not a lot of places in Cape that have great food and GREAT service. This place has both. The people here are so friendly and helpful with anything. The know what customer service is about and work hard to prove that. The food is delicious as well. I will always come back here.
They work very hard to make you happy. I had dinner here last night; sat at the bar and Jess took care of me. She was very friendly, very conscientious and did everything to make sure I had everything I wanted. (I overheard someone saying she’d been there for 3 years, which is a good sign of stability). I had a very nice house salad with house dressing. The steak and shrimp was great–steak was done just as I ordered and the shrimp were in a really nice garlic butter sauce, that I wanted to dip everything in. I’ve been to several O’Charley’s and had good experiences at all of them.

Pretty good for a chain. This is a pretty good O’Charley’s. I have been to a few in different towns and Cape’s is by far the nicest. The wait staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. We have been pleasantly surprised. The menu has something for everyone and our food has always been tasty.
