Went on a Monday evening to take advantage of the free Blooming Onion. It took 15 minutes to get it. Wasn’t hot and the sauce was less than half of what we normally are served. Salads were served 5 min later. The entree came 10 min later. End result, the salad was uneaten. Entrees were warm & not hot. The waiter called the manager. She apologized and said they had been slammed and had a new cook. She gave us a takeout box for the salad. She did take one entree off the bill. If we ever go there again, it won’t be on a Bloomin’ Monday.Went back on Saturday, Sept. 3. A world of difference from the last time. Food & service were excellent. Zach, our waiter was spot on in service & recommendations. Manager came to every table to welcome us and check that all was well. They went from an earlier 2.5 to a 4.5.
