My favorite restaurant in Cape! Food is so fresh!Now open from 9-9-new hours!!!! They finally obtain fountain drinks; free refills. The only reason I gave this place a 4.5 in lieu of a 5 is that most folks can not afford to eat here everyday.
I had a great time at PHO 8 with my wife on a dinner date recently. We both had PHO with chicken and tried some fried tofu. The fried tofu was good and the sauce served with it was really nice. However, the pho was amazing! I really enjoyed adding vegetables to the soup and the broth was one of the best I have ever had. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant has a very modern but comfortable vibe overall.

We got the spring rolls with shrimp, sandwich with pork and rice bowl with chicken. The spring rolls came with a really good sauce. And the chicken was delicious with jasmine rice and slaw. Definitely returning to try the crispy rolls and soup.
