Consistent and Tasty, a classic gem!. I felt the need to chime in here on behalf of Pancake Hut. We moved to Carthage a few months ago and really wanted to find a good breakfast diner. Coming from a much larger city we knew the options would be limited.I have gone to get Pancake Hut carry out multiple times now and it’s always been great. Wonderful people and home-cooked tasting food. Suggestion: For me it’s the Spicy Beef omelet.
