Must have been the full moon, service very very slow. 5 of us ordered drinks, was never asked again if we wanted another. Bloody Mary was good but do not order the steak tips, it was so bad I almost sent the plate back but the wait was so long it wasnt worth it. Ranch dressing is almost water. Burgers and fish looked good. Guess I just ordered the wrong things! I would not go back or recommend this restaurant.
Our experience was very bad overall. We were not greeted and had to wait at least 5 minutes to be seated (no one else was waiting). Then we had to wait for the waiter to take our drink order and another 10 before ordering. When the food came out we had to ask for silverware. My ribs were cold, the other order was supposed to come with ranch dipping sauce but we had to ask for that. And I asked for ketchup which we never got. The waiter never came back to see if we needed anything, including more drinks. He was very attentive to the table behind us and a table to the side which were both bigger parties. He finally came back when we were finished and I asked to speak to the manager. She took 1/2 off the bill. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes to pay. On top of everything else,The bathroom was dirty and all 3 stalls had no toilet paper while there were 2 unopened rolls sitting on the sink.
