Overdone and Dry. I ordered a 1/3 burger, and asked the waitress if I ordered it Medium Well if it would have some pink to it. She said yes. I also told her I did not want it well done and dry. She assured me it would not be. When I received it, it was dry as a bone, with absolute no juice to it. When she came by to ask us halfway through our meal how it was, I told her I did not have time for another one, but my burger was overdone and I needed a box to take the other half home. Her response was, Oh, I am sorry, and that was it. She should have at least discounted it since she and I had the conversation about being overdone.
I really want to like this place. Great shakes, fries, onion rings and a great selection of burger toppings. The weakest link is the burger. It’s remarkably – unremarkable! Unseasoned meat with no crust or char. When the food in your name is weak. It’s a deal breaker for me. On the plus side it is a great place to take kids.
This place was the worst burger place I ever been to the service was very poor plus the burgers has absolutely no taste what so ever the fries were nothing special the I could have had a better shake from McDonalds I ended up spending 65$ for nothing I will never be back I’m warning everyone this place is horrible in service and food
Poor Service. Although the burgers here are exceptional, the service is poor. We have gone twice and have left quite disheartened. Both times we used coupons, but not without difficulty. The ambiance is also lacking the fun, free-spirited feel you would expect from a restaurant with so much potential. We will not be returning again soon.
Huh?. My burger was dry and the beef wasn’t very flavorful. The fires were so-so too. It is nice to pick your own ingredients…but the food still needs to be really good.
Big Burgers!. Have you ever had a true 1/2 pounder?? Here you will….they overweigh the burgers so that you will have a true weighted burger……great and friendly service……shakes need fresh ingredients and were mechanical tasting but the fries, onionrings, and burgers were great!
This is an Awesome and fun place for EVERYONE! There food is great and yummy!!!
