We stopped for lunch. I have never been for lunch but have brought other foodies to Espinos for my very favorite carne asada. Turns out, its only available in a salad at lunch. So, adventuring we go. I picked the carnita. Just. Yum. My husband chose the special, bbq pork tacos. We didnt leave hungry. Always friendly, Espinos is a favorite even with the near hour long drive.
