Jersey Mike’s is basically a subway with fewer options for vegetarians. It is very meat-centric, with fewer vegetables, toppings and sauces than a subway, and the veggie sub ends up being basically a sub-version of a cheese sandwich (with one type of cheese, which is sliced in front of you on the same uncleared slicer that sliced salami moments before. Would not recommend
