Absoluetly rude and shaddy owner, I would suggest eating elsewhere.The female owner of this restaurant will not honor it’s goodwill promotions. They self promoted their store by offering St Louis Library a incentive for kids to promote reading. However, they immediately refused to honor the incentive for 50 cents worth of cookie dough. I loudly reminded her that she would rather lose customers than honor a goodwill incentive that cost her next to nothing. I would never do business with such a shady individual. Anyway, why would anyone want to cook their own pizza?
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I had a horrible experience with the Manager on Duty named Mike. I work at a hotel near this location and my hotel always recommend this location for delivery. When my co workers and I ordered a pizza, it arrived with a half eaten pepperoncini inside our pizza box. When I called the manager to complain about the half eaten pepperoncini, he was rude and unprofessional during the entire conversation. Mike, the manager on duty, said that they would NOT replace the pizza because we, as the hotel, are suppose to believe them that no on has bit off the pepperoncini and placed it into the box. Now, I do not mind taking someone’s word for it, but if I were any of my guests, in my hotel, I would expect to have this LOCATION send me a new pizza for the inconvenience and the possible assumption that someone has already been given that pepperoncini. By the end of the conversation, Mike, the manager on duty, said he does not care that I, an employee of a hotel close by, takes their number off of our hotel’s delivery list, and hangs up on me. AGAIN, I will never recommend this location to anyone for Delivery or for WALK-IN for the lack of proper customer service training in a food industry, especially being a manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
