After being a very loyal customer of Chick Fil a, my wife and I decided to try Raisin Canes today on Sunday, as our favorite was closed. The experience was extremely bad. The food is so so, and the staff was rude, slow, discourteous and the way they yell out your orders when they are ready made for a lousy experience. What is even worse is that my wife asked for some honey mustard sauce and she had to pay an additional 35 cents plus tax for a condiment???????? If you haven’t experienced this restaurant, save your money and go somewhere else. It is really really bad.
