Superb!. I’m a huge Indian fan, so finding this place was the highlight of my last trip to STL. My wife and I ate at their lunch buffet, and everything was top notch! They had a good selection of items and even had masala chai. The saag was especially exceptional and was probably the best I’ve ever had! Moreover, the environment (though in a strip mall) was pleasant and airy.Bottom line: One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to. Don’t let it’s ordinary appearance deceive you. You gotta go!
Been in Stl for 4 years now after moving from a curry centre (Blackburn) in England… This is the closest yet to the delicious food we used to get back home… Highly recommend (even though it’s a tad pricey) … Will be going back
Terrible service. I’m in the restaurant now and they are vacuuming while we are here just minutes after close.
Lunch Buffet. Their weekday buffet is the best lunch value in the Valley by far. Food is consistently outstanding and the staff is quick and helpful. Can’t do much better than this for the price.
Very solid and consistent Indian food. I have eaten at Taj at least six times trying a variety of items and never been disappointed. Staff is very friendly.

We have our favorites for Indian. This has now gone to the top of the favorite list. Went for dinner and will try the buffet next. A bit of a drive from Webster Groves but well worth it 😉
