What a great time- service was terrific, food was delicious. We were a party of 7 adults and 4 children under 5. There was a piano player who was fine with the kids dancing in front of them. Wonderful experience all around!

Chicago Style Pizza A+. My wife and I go here pretty frequently. We always get the same things because they are ususally very good. Chicago style pizza and house salad. The pizza is some of the best deep dish I’ve had…not the best but not far from it either. Their house salad dressing is exquisite…get it if you order salad. I’ve had some takeout thin pizza from there and it was good but nothing special.Having pointed out the positives, I will be well rounded and point out the negatives. The service is very inconsistent. The same wait staff has been there for the 2 or so years we’ve been going. At times they have all provided great service but at other times they have all provided terrible service. Not sure what the problem is and it’s very odd to me. In addition, the food isn’t all that consistent. I’d guess that 75% of the time, we get an excellent pie & salad but 25% of the time the salad is not prepared with adequate cheese/dressing/croutons and/or the pizza is flat and lacking sauce/cheese/toppings. We keep going back for the 75% because the food is that good when they do it right.
Poor Customer Service. We had a restaurant gift card coupon for $25 from restaurant.com and it was an employee benefit from my work. We didn’t read the fine print about it excluding Friday and Saturday nights. We went there on a Saturday night to try something different. I will say the food was excellent but the service was not so good. The air conditioner unit was above my husband and was leaking condensation and he was getting dripped on. Our waiter was nice but seemed like he was on drugs. When we presented the coupon, some lady walked up to us with an attitude telling us it excluded Saturdays. Ok, I am fine with that, but to present good customer service, wouldn’t you just give it to us anyway? We obviously didn’t cnow. It was a .little bit crappy and dirty. We only went because of the coupon and we will not be going back ever again
DIRTY restaurant, horrible service, and mediocre food. Will not return. Saw several very unhappy customers- one waitress was arguing with a table about an on-line coupon, another table had waited over an hour and a half for a deep dish pizza, and another table was upset about the price of a child’s soda. Customer service is not a priority here- steer clear!
Food was slightly above average. Service was terrible
I ordered food and picked it up. The salad had brown lettuce and moldy tomatoes. Yuck.
