Nice place, very accommodating to our group of 6 adults, 5 teens. Even split check by family and split the bottles of wine among those who shared. My lamb shank was good, not great, but the polenta and greens with it made it a very good dish. The house chicken soup was just OK.

GF Belly Ache. I have never had under cooked gluten free pasta before. I had to send it back and after the second time told them to keep it. So, if you would like this very un tasty treat, try YaYa’s. The server brought a dessert to compensate. I had such a tummy ache, I declined her offer. When we got the bill, my nasty pasta and the dessert were on it.Nono to yaya’s

Great first time experience. Staff was absolutely fantastic. I was the first of a party of 5 to arrive and I mentioned that we were having a working lunch meeting could we please have a table in an out of the way area. They graciously offered their private room with a door that could close. We could not have asked for a better wait staff, they were quick and efficient. The food was awesome! Will definitely return.

Strange evening. We went at 8 pm on a Saturday and restaurant was only 1/3 filled. Waiter came by, then manager type who saw we were looking at the wine list and decided to give us a little wine 101. Nice except we have been in the wine biz since before he was born. He also said our waiter was a wine expert. Okay, let’s ask said expert for a recommendation for an Oregon Pinot. He said he was not familiar with them and had to look at the menu. Wine came out and was served too warm for Pinot Noir. Since the manager guy blew smoke up our butt, we steered away from his food recs, thinking these were items needing to be pushed due to overstock and lack of customers. Too bad service was off, because food was really good and fairly priced. Started with a very delicious carpaccio, then had a chicken flatbread that was fantastic. Hubs had seafood bisque then the fish special. He was pleased with both. We were also served bread with a dish of something garlicky floating in olive oil. Delish, but what was it? Also wine was not on bill. We were just about to flag down waiter when he rushed over to correct mistake. And why a Greek named restaurant leaning towards mostly Italian? Didn’t know it was a chain, either, which we try to steer clear and support local. Probably not again with so many good options in St. Lou.
