It’s So Cold, It’s So Good. It was the coldest night, this past Monday night, and what did I want but a cold dessert like something from Andy’s. Crazy, I know, but I was getting ready to head back to Texas and I wanted to finish my stay with a great treat. I decided on the Butter Pecan Concrete. I love butterscotch and the addition of pecans only made it better. Like a thousand times better! Now I think the frozen custard was just a little bit warmer than the ambient temperature outside. But it was super good anyway! (By the way, there were two other couples there freezing without jackets eating custards as well, so there must be something magically addictive about this place.)
