I’ve been here a few times over the years, most recently last week. The digs are very minimalist with a bit of artwork and dimmed lighting. It is very relaxed and enjoyable. Our Atlas pizza was fine. The crust is thin and is both crispy and crunchy. Good texture, but when it comes to flavor, it was not nearly salty enough or had any other flavor for that matter. The sauce and the mixture of toppings (marinated chicken, bacon, spinach and tomatoes) were delectable, I will also say that the crust never did become soggy even after fifteen minutes of eating pizza. With drinks for two, a small Caesar salad and tax (without tip) it was a little beyond $30.00. They offer many unusual combinations of pizza, some intriguing more than others with an accent on Greek styles. They also serve sandwiches, paninis, salads, pasta as well as a few Greek entrees such as gyros, spanakopita, and charbroiled chicken, and last but not least, the St. Louis specialty, toasted ravioli.Service was great. All of our needs were pleasantly met. I enjoy Arris’ Pizza. It is different enough to be worthwhile. It is definitely a great change of pace from the same ol’ same ol’ pizza places.
