This place is really a hit or miss… I’ve been here at least 10 times. In the beginning I had okay experiences but lately they just haven’t been good. One time I went we waited for about 40 minutes for our food. They really weren’t very busy. All of it was cold. Not one meal was warm. One of the buns looked like it had been stepped on. We talked to a manager and he said he wouldn’t charge us for any of it which was very kind. I just came back today and I just wasn’t impressed at all with the service. They weren’t busy at all. There were about two other tables with people at them. The waitresses were all clustered standing around an empty table talking, while we were waiting for our waitress to come take our order. My water had a wood chip in it. The food was pretty good and came out quick. But then we waited 5 or 10 minutes for her to bring back our change after we paid. While we were waiting for our change we heard the employees back there talking and cussing. Nice to know that’s what they’re doing instead of getting our change and doing their job. The food is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Sometimes it’s warm and good, sometimes it’s cold and disgusting. There’s really no way to know what’s gonna happen. I probably won’t be back.. or at least not for a while.

Good BBQ!. Stopped in for some carry-out BBQ. Got a full slab of ribs, baked beans and potato salad. The waitress asked what type sauce and she threw in a good selection of their offerings. Overall, this was pretty good BBQ…not overly smoked. The beans and potato salad were very good. This is definitely worth another stop. Their menu also has quite a few other items to choose from and it also lists the calories for each item as well which you normally don’t see in a BBQ joint. Bandana’s….check it out!
Wonderful. Even though it’s a small chain of restaurants, I had an excellent dinner this evening. The meats, both beef and pork, had a nice smoky flavor and were cooked perfectly – tender and juicy.Bandana’s keeps five distinctly different sauces on every table. I found the Chicago Sweet and the Spicy to be stand-outs, while the Original was the most unique (prepared with mustard, if I’m not mistaken).Side dishes were good as well. Not the best slaw or beans ever, but perfectly acceptable.
GREAT PLACE. WOW Smoky pork, great ribs, love the potato salad! Sauces on the table and garlic bread. Who would have thunk it?

Nice Place. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this is a good solid BBQ place. The staff was friendly, clean and the food very good. Nice decor. All in all a good place to take friends from out of town. Not fancy, but good bbq and to me thats what important-the food. A little higher priced than I thought, but not bad.
