  Although this is a chain restaurant and I should have known better, I have to say I was not impressed in the least. Food was OK, service was subpar and management was oblivious. Our server seemed either high or incredibly disinterested, as he was slow and unattentive. The only time he came around frequently was after he dropped off the check. (Not to refill water or clear our growing piles of trash and dirty dishes)To start our meal, we ordered appetizers which were followed by our meals literally 20 seconds later. I had not even taken a bite of my salad before my wings were there and getting cold. (Good job expo. Good job management following up. I guess watching the Chiefs game was more important)Eventually the manager did come by; for all of two seconds to ask how everything tasted as he passed us. Not to apologize for the mixup, not to see how EVERYTHING was going, but just to say the same one line he would randomly say to random tables. All in all, prices are a touch high both on food and drink, nobody working there seems to really care and too many people standing around doing nothing when things were needed to be done. Will not return.

  Chain Restaurant with Service Issues. Okay, so I’m not saying that Buffalo Wild Wings is terrible, but this place needs some work. As far as the food goes, the wings were great, but the price on them is high. Considering that preparation to make wings is low and really all you’re paying for is the ingredients, you would think that the price could come down. It is a chain restaurant though, so they can’t really adjust their prices and are limited to what they can change. As for the service though…that can change and needs to. I think Buffalo Wild Wings just hires whatever pretty face they can. If you’re looking to look at the servers then you’re in good hands, but don’t expect to have your order right and expect to repeat yourself when they forget what you asked for a minute later. I also wonder if there is a dress code for employees? Wearing booty shorts and an apron that hides the shorts making you look naked under it is not acceptable at any restaurant…unless you want to work at hooters or a strip bar. I understand the sports bar concept, but the service already made me think that the IQ of the servers was low, I don’t need their clothes to make me think the they are just hiring random bimbos. Overall Buffalo Wild Wings is just another chain restaurant. They have good wings, but they are overpriced and the service is lacking. I would like to see them focus more on the food and service than on the looks and vibe of the place.

  The wings here aren’t very good and are way overpriced. Other places in Columbia have better, cheaper wings. Do yourself a favor and go to willies or cj’s
