Worst service ever!!!. I pulled into the BK drive through on Business Loop 70 around 2:30 PM last Saturday afternoon, not exactly peak for lunchtime and way too early for peak dinner. I waited at least 10 minutes to place my order with only three cars ahead of me.When I finally placed my order and paid my money, I was asked to pull around to the parking lot where they would bring out my order shortly. It seems they were doing that with all cars in front of me as well. Bear in mind my order consisted of only two sandwiches and a small order of fries.I waited there, no kidding…20 minutes with no food. That’s a total of 30 minutes with nothing!!! Is this fast food? Finally I walked inside and spoke to the manager. They had obviously lost my order…but certainly not my money! One could tell they were totally confused and unorganized in general. They made little apology and made no effort to appease me in any way. What a disappointment!!!I will NEVER return to this location…or for that matter, any Burger King, anywhere! No wonder they fall short to McDonald’s in every way! They suck!
