This is a place I would love to keep to myself by saying howterrible it was. However, this was an amazing find. With the service and staffbeing great and the food as the star. Traveling we decided to search and findsome eats and what sounds better then perogies in Columbia, MO. Walking in this small caf you just fill warmas your belly will to soon. This is located close to campus we found out on aHomecoming Saturday with limited parking. But we did find nice spot andenjoyed. A nice young lady recommends we try the sample plate of perogies thatincluded 2 of each potato and bacon, beef, and potato and cheese. They have anice selection of beers and wines to go with or some great tea option which wewent with since traveling. This is comfort food and served on paper plates nothingfancy but the taste. These warm little filled bites of heaven hit my soul andmade me sing with happiness. Both ourfavs were the beef that was seasoned well and mixed with a little bit of sauerkrautsimply perfection. This will for sure be added to our list for stop as we pass bye. Again, please dont rush in too fast and saveme a spot and dont forget to sign the guestbook.
Wow! The food was amazing. This is a small establishment with great food. Don’t leave town without trying this one. The goulash was great and the pierogies (get the mixed plate for a sample of them all) are worth it. Definitely going back for breakfast next time to try that.
