The Daily Special – 3 Carnitas Tacos, Rice and Beans****and the Extra Hot Sauce. The corn tortillas and fresh cilantro make this one of my faves!
Excellent authentic food! Slightly over priced for the small amount of food you get with some meals, but it’s always hot and extremely fresh! Quick as well, I have time on a 30min lunch break for them! Even spoke with the owner a few times, very nice people!
Columbia’s ONLY Authentic Mex. One of my favorite parts of living in Washington state was the amazing taco trucks. Ever since I’ve moved to Columbia, I’ve been looking for a suitable replacement. None of the ameri-mex places or even Pepe’s taco truck could fill the void. However, I’ve finally found a place that fits the bill! Here’s the scoop:The Food – Really good, really cheap, and really filling. I had a #3 burrito, and my wife had the enchilada plate. Both were very authentic and super tasty.The Environment – Despite its outside appearance, Carlito’s is surprisingly nice and clean inside. No sanitation worries here.The Bottom Line – Authentic, tasty Mexican food at great prices in a clean restaurant. Definitely a winner!

Authentic Mexican Street Food. Quality food, super fresh and pretty cheap. The rice and beans are so flavorful and the crunchy tacos (steak or chicken) are both delicious. It’s a great place to grab a quick bite for a lunch and it’s one of Columbia’s best kept secrets so crowds are rare!
