Great actually! The onion rings and queso (with beef) were great starters, with the onion rings being particularly great. I had chicken and waffles, and they were quite good. The server was a bit snippy and wouldn’t bring us our change or receipt, so we took it out of her tip. The wait was a bit long (30 min) but it was a Friday night so that was to be expected. Definitely good enough to return.
I have to say great prices and the food is good BUT we have been their twice and the service both times was terrible. 1st time order not correct and it took an act of congress to have items removed from our bill that we never received in the first place. 2nd time order incorrect didn’t receive items that were ordered such as sides plus I ordered salad my brother ordered soup we got our meal then wait staff showed up with our soup and salad after we had started eating our meal. Horrible place. We ate there expecting casual food and reasonable service. Both were seriously substandard. Waiters had to be searched for, they wouldn’t remove dirty glasses til specifically asked, they generally acted as if we were interfering with their socializing with each other. As for the food, it was generally bland and microwaved. Edamame was not properly sorted, with some decayed beans clearly visible. We will definitely not return, nor will we recommend it
Surprisingly good. Similar in feel and philosophy as Ruby Tuesday. I was surprised at the quality of the food, especially for the price (very reasonable to cheap). For sides, skip on southern green beans, they were kind of mushy and pretty bland.
It was just okay. I have never eaten at a Cheddar’s before so I was a little excited when I saw one opening up here. Atmosphere is nice but the food is just average and on par with anything you would get at any other chain restaurant (Ruby Tuesday’s, Applebee’s, etc.) I didn’t expect the green beans to be the way they were; they appeared to be from a can. I was expecting fresh crisp green beans. My boyfriend’s steak was good. Service was great despite its being very very crowded (we waited about 45 minutes for a table on a Saturday night). It’s not one of my favorite restaurants but it’s not bad.
