Used to be our fav. Service never nice, but whar chinese restaurant is.But something happened w new managemwnt about 2 years ago…they started using frozen veggies in their dishes…broccolii and other veggies are soggy.lost the fresh veggie majic we all love in a chinese (vietnamise) dish .So when u add soggy vegies to frozen slivers of mystery meat…not even the most clever sweet soy sauce can make this place good again.Dont know much they saved by using frozen everything, but they lost a long-time customer.

Saw all sorts of interesting entrees on the menu not found at other Chinese places so decided to give ’em a try. paper plates and paper table ware although the entree did come on a true plate. seems more orientated to take-out then sit down. unintended live entertainment provided by some looney tunes street person (emotionally disturbed but harmless) who wandered and proceeded to hop from one table to another. not worth the drive up from Jefferson City
It wasn’t as horrible as the reviews make it out to be, but it’s also not as good as the rating it has. The food was a large portion for the cost but it only tasted ‘OK’. I asked an employee a few questions about items on the menu and she was nice, she didn’t seem to be too knowledgeable.
Good & CHEAP. You get a lot of food for your money. Though I do get scared when the small child of the owners just wonders around the restaurant and outside the restaurant in a high traffic area. lol
Not good. A while ago I ordered carry-out here, sesame chicken. They gave me the wrong order. I drove back there and they gave me my food and told me to keep the other order (potstickers). Unfortunately both the sesame chicken and potstickers weren’t that great. Potstickers definitely not homemade and full of oil/grease. The sesame chicken wasn’t that tender and it seemed the portion was kind of small (when I think Chinese take-out, I think enough for 2 big meals).
Dirty and disgusting.
