Worst,horrible. I called for delivery the lady picked up the phone and be so rude to me yelling and stuff , I ended up to not order it , horrible
Never Again. I have been to China Garden on 3 separate occasions. The first two occasions were great. The food was good, and the service is what you would expect from a buffet-style establishment. The third venture was absolutely nothing like the previous times. My girlfriend and I chose to eat there because they did not close until 10:30 and it was already about 9 when we were hungry. The hostess’ mood was preoccupied to put it lightly. The food was just above room temperature, and the atmosphere was not what I would call inviting. I assumed the bill would be a bit higher due to the fact that it was a Saturday and they were serving crab, but i was not prepared for the $14.00 portion of my meal with a drink. I have no idea how long the food was sitting out before we had arrived, but they had no intention of bringing anything fresh out. I cannot say that I would be willing to risk going there again.
Horrible customer service…. Been here a few times, but will never go again. Food was OK… nothing special, just OK, but the customer service was absolutely deplorable. I went on crab leg night (mistake…they charge too much for something you could easily make at home) and after they seated me, they got me one glass of iced tea, then no refills for the rest of the night (despite requests). Not that they didn’t come around: they kept trying to take away plates that I obviously was still working on (what, you people have a shortage in the washroom? Not my problem.) It was pretty obvious that they wanted me to leave because I was alone and maybe they thought I wouldn’t tip well (there was no wait on tables, btw… it was pretty busy, but there were still open tables, so no one was waiting long at the door). I normally DO tip generously (upwards of 20% for good service…I know most waitstaff work hard for little money), but all these people got was some spare change on a $21 check. Hah!
Never Again!. I will never eat at this restaurant again. The food is marginal at best but the customer service is deplorable. Do yourself a favor and pick another restaurant!
Best sweet and sour ever. They have fried chinese dumplings and those were my favorite!
Could be better. The food was good. I ate here on a weekend because they offer crab legs. They know people come for crab legs, but they let them run out, then the wait is 10 – 15 minutes for more. They charge more for weekends due to crab legs, but they ration them. I have not been back.
