  They are new, perhaps not well organized yet. Orders were messed up, soup was barely warm, wife’s chicken with broccoli was tough. I’ll try them again after they get some experience.

  Some things are better than others…. First time I went in and picked up the order of pork and string beans. The dish was hot and fresh, but really bland. Second time I had it delivered. They said it would be 45 minutes, but surprisingly only took 25 minutes. The General Tso’s chicken my husband ordered was just OK. However, the Mongolian Beef was AMAZING. I would definitely order it again. The crab rangoon are very sweet (if you are into that then you will like them, we aren’t and found the taste and texture a bit strange).

  I gave it a like but……… I wish there was a wishy washy finger to choose. The first time I ordered from this place was through GrubHub. Having used them before with a restaurant I knew – they were prompt and user friendly. This is a new place in town, so I’ll try not to be too harsh but they definitely need improvement. When ordering I got an immediate confirmation that my order had been received and there was a 45 delivery time. That was at 5:45. Another email came a bit later with an hour and forty five minute delivery time. My food finally arrived at 7:45. The order was wrong. Instead of hot and sour soup I got wonton. Instead of garlic sauce with the Green Jade dish I got oyster sauce. I don’t care for wonton soup anyway, so this was not a hit with me – very bland. Husband had Pork with Green Beans. Again – very bland. The green beans were the most flavorful thing in that dish. The Green Jade dish I did enjoy – even if it was with the wrong sauce. The second time I ordered from them, I called it in and stopped to pick up. They told me it would be 20 minutes for Green Jade (this is nothing more than steamed broccoli, snow peas and string beans.) When I went in, the kitchen (which is behind an order desk and open so you can see into it) looked like complete and utter chaos. There were WAY too many people in there, running into each other, stepping in and out of walk ways, etc. The person that had delivered my previous order was standing in the middle of things completely in the way – I don’t know what purpose he served and did not have a uniform shirt like the others, which made him stand out in there and me to take notice. One girl on the one register they have, and another man that asked if he could help. I overheard the girl at the register tell another customer that he would have to wait to pay because the fax and the credit card line was the same and a fax was coming in. The guy could not help me any further than finding my order because there’s only one register. About five minutes in, another girl from the kitchen came to the front with a ticket and was asking the register girl a question, then the man stepped in and pointed at me and answered her question. She went back to the kitchen and a few minutes later she came back with my order. This time it was correct – total time from order to out was 25 minutes. I’m trying to give them time to get up and running good and hopefully iron things out. I will say that I enjoy the Green Jade, and their garlic sauce. Very fresh vegetables and the sauce was very flavorful. Not so much on the soup and bland pork dish. Price is very reasonable for main course. I wish them well and hope things smooth out. Will try again.
