Long and frustrating lunch. Came in with group and had split waiters. One was terrific, the other one the worst ever. We were a group so we automatically had to pay the 18% gratuity. Half the group had lunch (delicious) ordered delivered and eaten. The other half did not receive ANY food before the the first waiter’s tables were done eating. Over 45 minutes. It took twenty minutes for the second waiter to tell the table they were out of the chicken wings they ordered. Then continued by coming back and asking the second half about what they ordered on 3 seperate occasions before finally delivering cold food 50 minutes after it was ordered. No remorse, no comp offer, just the full bill and an excuse about being understaffed. We had a $260 bill and then after waiting for an hour and getting cold food had to pay a $44 service fee for lousy service
