Great bar food. Hardly ever miss a trip here whenever I am in Columbia over the past 25 years. Only missed when it was out of commission once due to fire damage. Great to have it back. Same great food and an upgrade after repairs were completed.
What a waste of time and money. We drove past dozens of places to find this restaurant. We were told how great it is. It’s Sunday night, not busy Manager hanging out with a large table of his friends. Our waitress hanging out with a table of her friends. Our beer glasses are empty, our food order is surprisingly not out yet even though it went to the kitchen before the managers friends table did. Their almost done eating and ours is not out yet. The beer is warm, service sucksSave your money
Good Food, Good Atmosphere, Good Value. I’ve been away from Columbia for a while, so I thought I would check out the Heidelberg and see how it had aged. The food is still very good, the atmosphere is student-centered and casual, and the prices for food and drink are reasonable. I’ll be back to visit often!
They have tasty appetizers!! Other than that, it’s just a bar with sub par food. The fried mushrooms are delicious though.
Columbia’s Pub. I’m a man of simple needs. A place that serves me a good burger, broccoli with cheese and fries along with good beer options is going to be a place i love. It’s not going to blow your mind away, but it’s got what i feel is the best burger in town. I recommend the spot for the Heidelburger and almost any ale they have on tap.
Happy hour. I think this is a good happy hour spot, the 2 for 1 app deal can’t be beat. When the weather is nice, I suggest the patio on the upper level!
Great atmosphere and wonderful food… I recommend the porkloin and hot German potato salad.
