  Slow delivery. Ordered these cookies for delivery twice for my girlfriend and each time it has taken over two hours for them to be delivered. I called to see where my order was and the person answering the phone was dismissive and gave a weak excuse as to why the cookies were late. Don’t bother ordering from them. You can make your own cookies in a quarter of the time it takes them to deliver.

  So Delicious!. I recently found out about Hot Box Cookies when I moved here for school. The cookies are the best I have ever tasted. The best ones are those that come right out of the oven. But what makes Hot Box Cookies even better is that they run specials throughout the year for free cookies if you like and share the Facebook post. They really hit well for the University students and it is a great way for friends to get together for something quick and sweet. My favorite cookie is the Peanut Butter Cup. The cookies are Awsome right out of the oven but they are still amazing after a day as well. I will keep going back to Hot Box Cookies.

  Good! But slow delivery. I love cookies and Hot Box always satisfies my cravings. We live a little further from the central downtown area so not many places deliver to us so I’m glad Hot Box does. I always make sure to order well enough in advance since their delivery times are awful. We waited more than 2 hours. I understand the cookies are freshly-baked, and they deliver to all of Columbia, but just beware of their delivery times if you don’t live right next to them. I wish they’d open another location to alleviate their busy-ness or at least partner up with third-party food delivery services such as My Dinner Taxi.
