The defnition of medicore. Okii Mama’s food is the definition of mediocre. It’s cheap, edible, and isn’t disgustingly dirty (like chinese wok express) but you can get better asian food at any number of restaurants nearby. for chinese, peking blows this out ofthe water. for japanese, osaka does the same, as does chim’s for thai. additionally, the service was awful and the employees seemed to be content to just let old, dirty plates stay on tables long after people left. i was there for almost an hour and no one stopped to clean the dirty tables on either side of me the entire time. don’t think i’ll be frequenting this place
Best Chinese food in Columbia! It is also very unique and unlike any other place. The coconut curry chicken is amazing and I also love the fried rice. I have never had a bad meal there. It also looks like it is ran by a family and I love to support a small business like that. Hope they stay around for many years.
Horrible experience on 7/14/13. My husband and I went there for the first time on Sunday for lunch after church (12:30pm). My husband is a Taiwanese, and we knew the restaurant serves some traditional Taiwanese cuisines, so we want to try it for the first time. When we walked in, we immediately had eye contacts with the Asian girl inside the counter who supposes to take our orders. The message we received was like, gosh what you guys want? I want to get out of here. Indeed, she was not friendly at all. She was not patient to answer any of our questions. We asked few questions about the menu because the menu is different than what is shown on their website. Her response was like we never had that dish, and I try to show her their website with my phone, she just totally ignored me. About 5 mins after we sat down, she just left with no other servers around. The chef (an American guy by the way) had to serve us. The food was not great and it is not cheap. We are for sure not impressed with this place.
Okii Mama. I love this little place! The spicy peanut noodles are my favorite. I also love the Springfield Cashew Chicken. That sounds like a crazy combo but that is because everything they serve is delicious.

Best Asian food in town. I have been going there for 8 years. One of my absolute favorite places to go. And the favorite for Asian. 🙂
LOVED Okii Mama! One of the best places I’ve been to in Columbia, and I eat out a lot so that’s saying quite a bit!Can’t wait to go back for more.
