First time means last time columbia MO. The man on the grill was right on top of it. We were handed our sandwiches then waited. The man at the grill told the guy at the register the sides we ordered he repeated it back to him. By the time the register guy got to us we were holding cold sandwiches. He rang us up but forgot we had sides then he said that those would be a few minutes that was for chips and some Velveeta dip which tasted like an old refrigerator and some pinto beans over white rice. He brought out the chips and then asked what kind of beans. which 10 min earlier was told by the guy on the grill. finally a bowl of rice with pinto beans dumped on top showed up.I like my food all at once and hot. last time for me.
