Used to be so much better. We used to be once a week customers here for a few years and as time goes by the buffet has gone done hill. We went last night for the first time in a month and we decided for two reasons it will be a long time before we even think of going back. 1. Ever since they put in the bus company to the airports the food quality has dramatically dropped to almost nil. We used to be able to go in and have a great meal and very little got left on plates to be thrown away. Last night very little got eaten other than the mini cups of ice cream.2. They used to have semi real fortune cookies but now they have sold out to the Missouri Lottery and all the fortunes are printed by the MO lottery and all say that your life will be better if you buy a lottery ticket.To top it all off the hand written ticket was correct as 3 people but the printed ticket was for 2 people and 2 drinks. We went up to pay and the lady, who is normally very friendly, acted like we changed the ticket and was very rude about the mistake. She quickly changed the amount on the ticket- I don’t blame her for that as it is business, but she didn’t have to be rude about it, I had the proper amount of money out to pay. She asked if everything was okay after I handed over the money and I told her no we won’t be back because the food wasn’t as good as it used to be and that they sold out with the fortune cookies being printed up by the MO lottery.

Green beans were actually cold!If I went again I would have them cook it on their grill. That way I would have a hot meal.Chocolate pudding actually tasted like chocolate. Good! Being vegetarian I had problems with choices. Very few items were labeled and if so, not clear. As in: stuffed mushrooms. Stuff with what? cheese, shrimp…??? Not sure if some things were made with chicken broth, etc. Help seemed really busy so I did not ask. I should have. Might give them one more chance.
Okay at best. The thought of having a buffet and teppanyaki grill all in one place sounded like a great idea, but upon arriving, it was poorly executed. As a buffet the price was average, but the food was just okay. Both my boyfriend and I tried a variety of different things and just felt that everything was bland and basic. The food could have had more flavor as well and it needed to be heated more. The staff was friendly and helpful though, so I give them a thumbs up on that. I don’t understand the ice cream situation they have there though. Why not just by an ice cream machine instead of a million little cups in a enormous freezer?Overall the food was okay and the service good. I wouldn’t say that I would never come here again, but I can think of some other places I would rather go. If you’re looking for quantity then this place is great, but don’t expect to have you’re taste buds go crazy.
Food sits out, most of it is just reheated frozen crap you can buy at wal-mart, and would be better off going to the freezer section there. Sickening food at TeppanYUCKi.
Go To. I love Teppanyaki. The first time I went there I made a meal out of all the dishes not available at other restaurants. My favorites are: creamed spinach, pineapple crab rangoon, sushi rolls, beef tenders, broccoli salad. Mmmm, I can’t wait to get out of work and go tonight. They are frequent couponners which are easily accessible/printable on the AddSheet.
Teppanyucky. Why do people like this place? It is only vaguely Chinese at best, and the food is consistently lukewarm and swimming in grease. Tepid and dried-out sushi, commercial food pack pudding, grey-cooked meat, a steam table of fried bananas, chicken, and other bits that look and taste like they’ve all been battered from the same bowl – it’s horrible.
Awsome. I have ate there 2 times and it was great.
