This is a great place to hang out and have a drink! This bar is a little different than most I. That you have to come up to the counter to order a draft beer or pick one from the large selection in the glass fridges and add it to your tab (or tab out). They have a great selection of craft beers.
Staff is the best around… They are very knowledgable and approachable when you’re not sure what to order. Food is limited but everything I’ve had has been wonderful. They have a great beer selection as well as fun and different events periodically to keep you coming in for different beers you couldn’t get otherwise. There’s a reason you see all the wmpllyees there on their days off.. This place is the in the top spot in regards to a great craft beer bar in kc. Enviroment is great and laid back- totally not intimidating if you don’t know a lot about beer. There are games to play, great beer to drink and awesome staff to make all the suggestions you would need.

Fun Concept. Was invited to Bier Station as a central location for a meeting. It was a little noisy, so we went upstairs, which was just fine for what we needed. Coming straight from work, I didn’t have time for dinner, so took the opportunity to have a brat with my beer (I chose the Saint-Marcel – a turkey/cranberry brat topped with apple and brie with a Belgian Whitbier on tap). Both were wonderful. The place seems very popular, and parking appears to be at a premium, however, don’t let that deter you from a concept that is more upscale than a typical bar.
What a find-Don’t know what took us so long!. This is a great place! We actually went twice this past weekend! Nice place to be able to have some beer and visit with friends. We ate lunch there also and the food will rock your world! We wanted to get a little bit of everything to try it out. So, we got the charcouterie plate, brats, sauerkraut (none better in this city!), & cucumber salad. Everything was excellent. And, I enjoy beer but sometimes I want something girly and they have it! I had the hard cider with cherries and get this-they have 4oz pours so you can try all kinds of beer and they stay cold…I love this place!
