If you’ve ever seen the movie Ratatouille, you’ll remember the scene towards the end of the movie where the evil food critic takes a bite of food that evokes not just a smile, but happy memories of eating soulful food when he was young. This my friends, is what I experienced at Niece’s today. It was the best southern style food I’ve eaten in decades and I will be making sure I visit again real soon. Amazing!
What a great spot for some comfort food! It may be busy, but rest assured they’re flipping tables quickly! Anything is great, but if you’re lucky enough to catch the Banana pudding, consider yourself blessed. Get in there and get some!
Worst Sweet Potato Pie ever. Let me start by saying I usually dont write reviews but this experience was so bad I had to weigh in on it. A co-worker of mine purchased a sweet potato pie for a company luncheon. The pie was undercooked and was absolutely horrible. It was a total waste of $19. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone….so disgusting.
