I have been a fan of this restaurant for several years and I always order my favorite dish, Salt and Pepper Prawns, which has always been in the past years a wonderful dish, well cooked big prawns always. The last few visits over the last year however, I received average sized shrimp, overcooked, with tough, inedible string of tissue needing to be removed before eating. I thought I had gotten a bad batch or come on an off occasion, but today I ordered the same dish and again, very disappointed, I am officially taking this restaurant off my list of preferred eating places.

We had jackets on that made my wife and I appear like we had little money. They informed my wife and I that we could not eat here and asked us to leave so we did. I have eaten at many other P.F. Chang’s before and enjoy their food. I would not recommend this place. My wife and I did go down the street to a slightly more expensive restaurant and had a wonderful dinner.

It was a nice decorated place and very peaceful late at night. When every other kitchen closed at 10pm this is definitely where you want to go. Got some appetizers, must say the cabbage chicken wrap was delicious with their special sauce!
Poor service but good food. I am sure this is not a common these and was an unusual situation. Our service was bad today at PF CHANGS. Appetizer took forever to come out and was wrong. The manager offered to let us have it for free which was very nice. Next our main course comes out and only 3 out of the six diners received their food. After about 20 or so minutes the other 3 people were served. No accomadation was made for the poor timeliness of the food. We did not complain, I guess that is why we were not issued an apology about the situation. The Ribs were so bad we did not eat them. Overall the food was good, except for the ribs.
Predictable. Good if you like chains. You always know what you’re getting here, and that can be a good thing with Chinese restaurants, in my opinion. But Bo Ling’s is much better.
Great food, nice server but horrible process. We waited for 1 1/2 hour to get the first drink. Ordered second drink when food was ordered. Some have finished eating, some have not got dinner or second drink yet. Manager through up her hands and had no response. Yes we were a party of 14, but after eating all over the world, I have to say this is the worst experience ever.
