I come to panera atleast 3 times a week many locations but let me just say the plaza one is by far my least favorite I’m sitting here right now and almost spit out my food.i ordered the Asian chicken salad and when I picked it up it just looked so unspeaking and when I took a bite it had the wrong dressing and then my friend who I’m with ordered the big kids grilled cheese they gave her the wrong sandwich then when she went to go get the right one they gave it to her but it was cold and to hard to eat.very disappointed
No wait at dinner on the Plaza. The Panera on the Plaza is not crowded during dinner hours when every other restaurant on the Plaza is packed. Great place to get a quick dinner if you’re down there shopping. However, this one is crowded at lunchtime. Paneras have consistently good quality and healthy fast food at inexpensive prices.
