So I’ve been getting Topsy’s mail for almost a year now. I’ve emailed them about a dozen times, called them a half dozen more, and spent countless hours on the phone with UPS for them trying to solve the issue. They quit responding to my emails a few months ago and yet I still get there stuff. Throwing away their returns is begining to cut into the trash that the city allows me and they clearly don’t seem to care. I wouldn’t be as mad if the popcorn actually tasted good. I will never buy a single item from them and tell everyone I know of the headache I’ve dealt with. Don’t order from them, you may start getting their returns too.
