While visiting KC, we decided to order some grub to have delivered to our hotel room. The service was absolutely wonderful and the food was equally as good! I would totally recommend Waldo Pizza for funky flavor choices and a staff that wants to provide the best service possible.
I work at a local college, and we order from this place a lot. It is always very good, and the place has great management and customer service. Finally got to stop by to eat some pizza in the store tonight, and it was even better. Three distinct crust options are nice, and the sauce and cheese were solid. They do not skimp on toppings, and the service was great too. More topping options than most places. Highly recommend this place.
I come here for the turkey sausage pizza. I try not to eat pork and they’re the only place that I’ve found in Kansas City that serves turkey sausage on a pizza. It’s tasty and it’s also a nice place to come out with friends. Trivia on the tables is a nice touch.

WE ALWAYS PAY THEM A VISIT WHEN WE ARE THERE!. This is one of the best pizzas in KC! Plenty of toppings, mega cheese, different types of crusts, and great prices! A fun place to eat. You won’t be sorry!
A Poor Lunch Buffet Value. I ordered the lunch buffet with a drink at 11 AM for $11.35 (including tax, and before tip) at the table. The salad bar was stocked with many fresh, healthy choices. The pizza bar offered several pizzas, mac & cheese, and a dessert pizza, and there were no lines. The pizza was somewhat over-cooked, and the thin crust was moist, and rubbery, not crisp, and flaky (which I prefer). The mac & cheese was very good. The service was attentive, and somewhat friendly. The interior was clean, had good ambiance, and pleasant music was playing. My value-adjusted rating is just 6.0/10.0.
Way too busy. Went on a monday at 1pm. There was a wait to get a table which was no big deal. We go to waldo in lees summit often and it is worth the wait. When we got seated the waitress finally took our drink order and we headed to the buffet line. There were about 10 people in line and there was about 3 pizzas to choose from. I got a spoon of pasta to go with the piece of pizza. It was cold although it would have been tasty warm. We each got a piece of something we really didn’t want and figured we would come back in a minute and there would be fresh pizza. Wrong. 20 plus people in line and once again 3 pizzas. We aren’t terribly picky but a cheese pizza and a pepperoni should be available at the very least. We left at that point. I didn’t have a couple of hours to invest in standing in line to eat mediocre pizza. I’ll not go back to this location.
