Overpriced food service grade meals. Mashed potatoes were cold, chicken breast tasted like it had been warmed in a microwave. Great location, good staff, lousy food.
Jazz Bistro awful service. We went to the Jazz Bistro before going to the Fox and were extremely disappointed. It took 45 minutes to get our dinner salad and when we finally received our meal my chicken was completely raw on the inside. I will never go back!
Bad service, mediocre over priced food. Had 6 reservation before 8 show, had to pester waiter to get food by 7:40. When speaking with manager he blamed us for showing up 5 min late for reservation. Avoid before a show if they have a jazz concert that night, they don’t care about you
Service was awful, really long wait when they were dead. Almost made us late for the Fox. I ordered the Cuban pot roast. It looked and tasted like dog food. Really bad place and way over priced!!
Outstanding. Visited here for the 1st time and I really loved it. I attended the 7:30 show and arrived pretty early. I was pleased to see that they allowed guest to be seated upon arrival, no waiting until closer to showtime. Their menu had a nice selection, something for everyone. I ordered 2 appetizers : Cannelloni Bites & Crab and Shrimp Dip. I really enjoyed both of these. They had really good flavor! A few folks with our party ordered the Jambalaya and were not overjoyed as it lacked authenticity. Someone else had the chicken strips and they were comparable to any other restaurant. I saw a few other tables with the sliders, but not sure of their thoughts. Now…the entertainment, OMG, they were great! The show was outstanding and very much worth the ticket price. The only concern with the evening was that the food came out slow which was to be expected since patrons arrived at the same time and orders were going into the kitchen back-to-back vs. sporadic. So, please be patient. They do serve bread while you wait, so gnaw on that. 🙂
Food was at best mediocre certainly over priced and service was awful. We saw our waiter once and had to ask the bus boy for bread an our check. Will not be back.
