This has become a favorite lunch spot for several of my co-workers and me. They have a vast selection of menu items, and they are always glad to customize. The food is good. The service can be slow, but the people are nice. Since it is quick-service, I think not is odd that you don’t pay at either end of the line (the layout is odd). But, if you work downtown, you should definitely give them a shot.
