Please do yourself a favor and go find this teeny tiny 5 week old gastrolab of wonders. Make sure to have an open mind and give the items a chance, you won’t regret it! Very simple, occasionally changing menu of innovative fermented food and drinks. I had the chance to enjoy Thai Green Curry soup and Kimbap Tacos. Chaga tea and smoked pineapple juice for drinks, Raw Chocolate Truffles for dessert. All yummers!
